Nothing more is important than being alive and satisfied.
Thus, "for others' happiness" will constantly be my work's driving-force.
If we are able to make other people lead a wonderful and content life, I definitely believe that in return it will lead to our own happiness.
Having said that, "grooming young people who can lead others to direct a happy and comfort life" is my ultimate vision, regardless of their future profession - be it an engineer, entrepeneur, or whatever future holds them.
